Since when is being a coward a heritable trait? And since when is the son convicted for the crimes of a parent?

When the son denies those crimes by saying someone who drove a car of people to an robbery with loaded guns falsely claims that no harm was intended.

You can’t imagine an instance where someone would drive a car without knowing 3 people would get killed?

If you don’t murder someone, you’re not a murderer. Maybe an accessory to murder, but not a murderer. Right?

Nope it's called felony murder if someone dies in commission of a felony the person can be charged with felony murder 2 robbers murder 3 people the driver of said robbers is also charged with murder. Hence he's a murderer.

We are discussing whether a person can drive a vehicle without knowing people would be murdered. So no premeditated murder charge or conviction. Anything else?

That’s not how the legal system works. The guy could have been blindsided when three people were murdered. Intent matters.

You can’t speak to intent. You’re assuming. Seems you don’t know as much about this case as you’re pretending to. Either it was premeditated murder or it wasn’t. That’s all we’re talking about.
