Who makes the art that appears when a law enforcement agency has taken down a site? Like, who's putting those boxes and gradients up there?

Seriously, someone tell me this is acceptable. You can't run dispatch, you can't run and manage tenders, can't produce results from 30 days of shutdown, and the lack of an action plan makes me wonder why I pay a fare. I hate cars. I want to believe in transit again.

Online mentions seem to date back only to today as well. Maybe people sharing this have "writing the wrong year on their checks" syndrome, but it's a big find that would've stayed up if it didn't happen. Who the hell knows what we've got hiding in all the text on the public web?

Spot news posts from the major local and national outlets suggest that they got the numbers from somewhere other than the online release - maybe a direct PIO email without the tampered figure. But I'm having a hard time trying to dig up anything mainstream that noticed this.

NYPD with a fascist dogwhistle in the crime stats released today. Note the 14/88 (a Nazi reference) - unnecessary slash makes this a big red flag.
