We had that in Canada with our Governor General (the Queen's rep in Canada). Government received allegations of a toxic workplace, set up an independent inquiry, found wrongful conduct and she was told to resign or be terminated. She quit. That is the difference.

Bullies should suffer consequences -- whether they are in school cafeterias & classrooms, or the halls of Congress. But honestly, by the time someone is eligible to serve in Congress, such behavior should be a thing of the past, if it ever even existed in that person's history.
