It 'makes sense', they're hoping by doing so 2 break Ukrainian moral. U can break someone physically without breaking their mental strength. Break a person's mental strength however and the body follows. It's brutal & cruel - and sadly so, effectif. Hold On Ukraine. Don't break!

Western country's are willing to run around with their tail between their legs. Unless we plan on doing so, everytime Putin says "nukes", we will all be subjugated to Putin's rules. Unacceptable. I just as soon do something and live with the fallout as to let Putin rule the world

That has been always the russian way, even already 500 years ago, they killed all people and pillaged everything what they could as "usual" practice of them. Traditions have not changed.

can we also look at NATO and the US how they bombed civilian locations in other countries during their wars the last 20 years? For the rest, you are 200% right, they should never attack civilian infrastructure.
