Seeing Hungrybox labelled as the best Ultimate Jigglypuffs or even one of the best is one of my pet peeves.
I don’t expect everyone to know the best player of every character but if you don’t know all you have to do is say “I don’t know” it’s as simple as that. I don’t go around saying some local K. Rool is the best K. Rool in the world because I haven’t seen other K. Rools perform.

Not only that, but people watch him play and then INSIST that is how puff should be played. Immediately discrediting others playstyles.
I mean there's no such thing as a correct way to play. There are good ways and bad ways. Hbox just has a good playstyle and a character that synergizes with it. 2 good jigglies can have separate playstyles as long as they work. No point getting mad at something that works.
I mean Hbox has his own feats like getting 25th at Smash Conference. While I can understand being annoyed by folks thinking he has no competition, that doesn't discredit him from being ONE of the best. It's not like high/top level Puffs are ubiquitous anyways.
I mean, I don't really see many other Puff players, so he'd he pretty high on the list
Does it matter? The man is a monster with more smash experience than the ither puff players combined. Is he the best puff in ultimate? Idk, but he would still beat them in a 1v1 easy.
