Then get one, it is not so hard. People are generally very open to this and it is enriching in two directions. That’s why a book won’t do this for you, it’s the interaction that counts.

If you are stuck with a disability that makes it impossible for you to do what you are being told, it can be quite hard. I am not even kidding.
