Yes. My feed is nondeterministic. Hitting the back button gives a different feed. I often see old stuff multiple times, and new stuff never. And I get to see the likes of other people instead of just tweets and retweets.

I selected "I don't like this tweet" on othes' likes in the timeline often enough that likes don't show up at all now. ad deselected "show best tweets first" in settings: back to normal, all chronological

Same. Twitter works like Facebook now. Some people I follow virtually never show up in my timeline. If I go to their profile and like a tweet or two, suddenly they'll exist again in my timeline. Hate it.

For this reason I use TweetDeck, which shows all tweets in chronological order. TweetDeck also makes it easy to switch the timeline between everyone I follow and only those in a list. The standard https://twitter.com timeline is a horrible mess.
