Scientists often serve truth, and it is difficult to imagine to operate from different value structures. A capable political actor will serve the incentives of social power instead, and say what is most useful in the long term. Often that coincides with truth, but not always.

I agree. But adam is smart enough to know that’s what’s going on. But he has a “biases” lens to sell. And this kinda sounds, if u don’t think bout it hard, like it fits into that lens. That’s what I *think* is going on.
