Is there a list or analysis of what kinds of non-human wild species have adapted best to human-created conditions? For example leopards and foxes seem to have done much better than tigers and lions, crows and pigeons better than eagles etc. What predicts these differences?
The are smaller and consequently need a much smaller area to forage, and they are less likely to attack cattle.
