An observer is the result of the sequence of events it has observed.
What does it mean to be communicating, and can the sequence involve parallelism?

communicating is producing a sequence observable by a process outside the CSP. both sequences have a linear order

A black hole can still be an observer, no? And the observing process can be recurrent, but it cannot be fully periodic, because it needs to be able to store memories, i.e. undergo state change dependent on observations.
