States = matter/location - Transition functions = energy/relationships between matter/locations Maybe?

Matter and energy are not primary. They are concepts that we use as parts of a model of the apparent physics engine we find ourselves in. There is only information (discernible differences) that indicates changes in other information (transitions).

I am simply translating the terms you used into the terms most humans use. You theory is the same thing, just with a different frame.

Seriously, no. If you play a computer game like minecraft, does it makes sense that you assume matter and energy in that game to be primary? That would be a big mistake!

Nouns and verbs. States and functions. Matter and energy. Characters and actions. All the same things. All the things that we use to tell stories about reality, at any level.

That's a rather extreme reaction to a fairly reasonable offering of translation.

It is as if you were translating "Undine" as "Ariel the Mermaid". You don't serve truth. You simply translate to the model you think you already have, because it's good enough for you and therefore good enough for the children. There is no graver sin for the disciples of logos.

For you, these concepts seem to be just incantations that create colorful associations in the mind of an audience. They are interchangeable, for words that produce similar nebulas. This is not what I am interested in.

Please don't take it personally; I don't know you as a person and from what little I can see I think you are an amazing human being. But if you give me your philosophical ideas I will treat them as harshly as my own.

I don't take anything personally. But why would you be antagonistic towards new information when you could add it to your overall dataset? Why be biased?
