The difference between simulation and non-simulation is just that the former has been set up intentionally. It is possible, but does not seem necessary. Do you see any evidence for that?

Nah. I’m mainly kidding. If it can be implemented on a Turing machine, it implies the possibility that it is actually implemented on a Turing machine. Clearly, the code is written in Sanskrit.

As in "if it can be characterized by Peano's axioms, it could be actually implemented on the natural numbers?" That's so funny :D

:) A Turing machine is only as much a physical thing as the natural numbers. (In fact, it is all subsets of the mappings between natural numbers.) It is a functional frame, not an actuality.
