We are currently in a dramatic revolution of the norms of gender interactions, not in a revolution concerning the dynamics of power. But of course people use the current conditions to take down their enemies, rivals and abusers.

I think that should be quite obvious: getting power yourself is more valuable for reaching your goals than reducing all the effects of power differentials. The effective power to instafire every man who did not consistently obey the Pence rule for all his life is way too tempting

This is not power for a single individual, but for every member of an identity based group with a strong sense of moral superiority. If you think of your own group as intrinsically better people, you cannot imagine that giving them unchecked power won't create a better world.
