I have not yet found a way to get myself to write these ideas down and publish them in a traditional format. Without the congress, this material would not have existed. I think we were just very lucky that they made it possible for a while!

Oh, too bad! I've been thinking (just a tiny bit and without the expertise) in a similar direction, of consciousness simply as memory of our previous state of mind.
