It's not so simple. Voluntary social organizations are formed around a shared purpose, which will always require and justify corresponding ethics of individual behavior. Groups also have to defend against parasitic invaders that try to feed on them for their own purposes.

No. Its because there is no logic in moral (unnatural concept). People who are used to not think in logical ways (consciously confused) tend to get in a state where only emotional arguments count.

If a group is founded on a shared agreement over a purpose, you can logically derive and rationally negotiate to which degree an individual, behavior, motive or action serves that purpose. It is true that emotions might obfuscate that, which can be employed for moral subversion.
