If someone mentions "quantum fields" in any context related to mind and consciousness, they are either terminally confused or lying.
So you are part of the camp that thinks free will depends on whether the universe forces you randomly or deterministically to do stuff, and its probability of existence depends on the current state of physics?

I dont think freewill is a thing that individuals have magically, avoiding physics because they have counciousness. And I think that is possible that interactions between neurons can use quantum physics to ease communication

Everything in this universe uses quantum physics. The question is whether the brain implements algorithms that are in the computational class BQP, and whether BQP is a true superset of P. But as far as we know, this question is entirely unrelated to consciousness.

Yes and No, yes I think it depends of your vision about if the universe is deterministic or not. No because even if the universe is completly deterministic your freewill is just part of it even if it is predictable
