The only way you can not care about it is when you focus internally and identify that your conscious experience is not affected by entropy.

If you identify with your mental faculties and you admit that they are decaying with entropy, then it is illogical to say "you don't care".

You can only say you don't care if you don't identify with it. If hair is gone, one can say "I don't care" if he doesn't identify with it.

Death forces anybody to care. There is no way out of it. Either you care, or you identify with something that is beyond death and entropy.

The solution is not to identify with something else, but to stop identifying. When disidentified, it is impossible to care about death.
