:) Eastern philosophy is sometimes equated with solipsism. But often, at least in Indian systems, they say "reality is relative".

This relative reality is conditioned by the sensory apparatus of the observer. As the observer changes, this reality also evolves.

They also posit a deeper reality that is absolute, but inexpressible in word or form. Fakery is about moving away from this deeper reality.

The only deeper reality is simply the state vector of the universe, which of course is inaccessible to internal observers, but expressible.

I respect your opinion, but disagree with it. This reality has to be beyond space & time. It cannot be a state vector that changes in time.

Of course it is beyond space and time. Time is observer dependent.

So where do the states of the state vector change ? If not in time ?

Elementary universe transitions are more primitive than time

I hold that any transition is relative to an observer. If you posit transitions that are elementary, as Newton did, you need absolute time.

You can insist that this "absolute time" is not the same as the "subjective time" that I or anybody else experiences. But you still need it.

A state sequence is not the same as time, similar to how a lattice is not space. Also, you can use timeless representations.

Can you define a lattice without defining space?

Of course. Nodes in a graph usually don't have coordinates.
