Yes, I don't think that reality has the capacity to support moral structure without additional axioms.

Think about secondary properties eg colour. Ultimately 'subjective' ie only exists for subjects, yet an irreducible part of our life world.

I don't think there is any such duty. There is of course a duty to consider the impact of one's work but that doesn't mean suppressing it.

Rather controversially I think we observe them. People and things just strike us as morally impelling. That's a minority view though.

No, I agree and think that is the standard way in which most people get to moral views (Kegan stage 3).
