The tricky question is not why we can sometimes see non-locality, but why we see almost only locality. Why is everything so classical?
No, the point is that we observe a mostly classical universe, with mostly classical computation. Why is that?

No, the case for dark matter is clear. There are definitely non-baryonic particles that only interact with us through gravity
