For me it’s very difficult to tell if somebody actually believes in what they say or if they are trying to convince me of something while knowing it’s bs. I prefer they believe what they say bc even if it is bs the person is still speaking the truth. @Plinz
I am trying to understand that, too. Grady is smart, popular, well-meaning and by human standards successful. I suppose that he empathetically identifies with the integrity his hive, more than with his autonomous integrity, and it works well for him.

I’m sorry he said that to you, I think it is uncalled for. Personally I have empathy for the people who lost a loved one. I think that prioritizing a big organization vs the people who where hurt bc of that organization is wrong. Bc the accountability of that org. depends on it.
