Do you think that physically, the moment of now is different from all other moments (that it's the only actual moment, while all others are potential)? Are all moments nows? Is there a succession of moments, or is the succession only apparent? Do states exist or only transitions?

I think it is different. Irrespective of one’s view of the time.

I think it was shown in 1905 that 'time' is a mental construct which we use to model our world. I think all spacetime exists. Like an old vinyl record. We are each a stylus needle observing a single point in space time and only able to move in constrained directions.

To mediate between the parties i would suggest to define now≔[0…∞] and then there is nowhere to exist but now, hyggelig throttled at με≈1zs/fm in a 3e50 ampere galaxy.
