I wonder if "chess is to go as go is to lisp" could ever be parsed into a valid statement in Mathematica;

you're blowing my mind ... was just making a lisp joke .. . brackets ... {{{{ }}}} re. Wolfram and theoretical physics. I think theory needs a good asskicking so I'm glad Wolfram is working on it.

yes, in response to what you said, it occurred to me that if we wanted to express statements about shared meanings in a lisp (or any formal language at all), Wolfram language would be our only hope.
