        Not a second wave, same wave. Viruses are never "eradicated" Viruses don't care about lockdowns and quarantines. It is hubris to imply otherwise. Say no to man's hubris. We all will get it.

        Surely only locally in specific countries and regions (where you‘re gonna have permanent blood tests at every entry and probably swap tests to prevent it from leaking in again)
