Identity is not just a set of facts about a person that is being used as a frame to encode your observable behavior, it's the inability to not use that frame, and the unwillingness to edit the core policy.

Arguably this is also determined by superAIs models of 'things out there that drive identity'. In common parlance, facets of my identity are exhibited in how I interact with the world (or have), and learned responses. We aren't brains in isolation. SuperAIs musn't be enslaved...
