Does “your human identity” mean “identifying as being a human”, “the self you identified as when you were a human”, or something else?

Identity is not just a set of facts about a person that is being used as a frame to encode your observable behavior, it's the inability to not use that frame, and the unwillingness to edit the core policy.

Do you mean personality & sense of self with a history? Identity is more problematic isn't it? One won't be there to find out. Also, presumably super AI could choose from a library of such 'identities' - including the ones where 'I' am evil incarnate (or 'you' are.)

A superintelligence converges towards an ideal set of supremely perfect identities, as do I. The superhuman AI is just a shortcut to my final form.

Best identity for which context ? Without the context best identity feels like best number.

What is the notion of ‘identity’ then? Usually identity is considered to be something that persists over time even though the specific attributes associated with it may change. You’re clearly not using that notion of identity, so what are you referring to exactly?
