No matter how you look at it: our governments must have been informed in early January that COVID-19 would spread in our countries, and our governments failed to act on that knowledge. Large parts of our governments don't actually work and need to be dismantled and rebuilt.

Government regardless of party has become exceedingly anti-science. Repeatedly ignoring & discrediting everything from public health to climate change and economic policy’s. 4th estate, Main stream media has become a lobbying arm & continues to uphold a propaganda republic.

I don't believe for a moment that our government and military do not make use of their access to the best scientific advisors in the world. The CIA must have had people on the ground in Wuhan. I am sure everyone was briefed in early January.

Some governments. And those that failed don't so much need to be dismantled, they failed because they already have been.

pic.twitter.com/I1nyqbSAN1

To quote Buckminster Fuller here: "You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete."
