ok having some personal stability issues time to crowdsource help issue #1: no appetite. I'm down 5lbs this month and it's pretty clear that inconsistent calorie intake is fucking with my ability to self-regulate

(a smaller, related problem is that I thawed a ton of chicken in the fridge for meal prep and I really oughta cook it today before it goes bad but the thought makes me want to gag) (also my sense of smell is intact and I'm not sick so it's prob not covid)

Issue #2: sleep is fucked all to hell and it's stressing me out I can't seem to keep a consistent sleep schedule even with all the good sleep hygiene shit I have things I have to do but I just can't even think when I'm so tired, even with stims

the other issues are basically downstream of those two ideas for 1: -list everything that sounds even a little palatable when my appetite doesn't exist; buy those things next grocery run + meal replacement shakes or something

-eat a good sized breakfast before taking my meds and a decent dinner after they wear off; protein shake in the middle of the day (I didn't have appetite issues on this med before all this shit but it's an amphetamine so it can't be *helping*)

Ideas for #2: no idea sleep has been fraught for my entire life and I had like 6 months where I was only having horrible insomnia once a month instead of 2x/week but never again and I know all the sleep hygiene stuff and it just doesn't touch it half the time so uh help

Did you try eating some THC? It may help in an acute phase, for getting your mind out of a rut, releasing some serotonin, and stimulating appetite. YMMV of course
