In Spain children are locked at home. Not a single child under 14 has died in Europe. Children cannot leave their homes even in the countryside, but their parents can walk dogs or buy tobacco. Is there any other country that has locked children this way for weeks?

I suppose it's not about protecting children, but about children touching things and touching their faces. Kids have poor impulse control.
