If you see a retail or delivery service employee without a mask and gloves, you are looking at a potential super spreader. Give them protection equipment already!

First thing that happened in Germany was contactless Lieferando. The person leaves it on the floor, rather than handing it to you. All I could think was how is this not process based, enforced by customer demand? Process: the ppl packing are wearing mask/gloves. Handoff also.

Then, when they arrive at your home for the handoff the delivery person should take off the gloves in front of you, then use purell, put new gloves on; *then* put it on the floor.

If the entire chain is protected, then changing gloves won't be necessary very often. Important is that people upstream in the delivery chain don't infect people downstream.
