I'm here in NZ, perhaps will be the only Western world green zone. Only 6 cases here, quickly isolated.

A problem is that high risk people have more difficulty to survive alone to begin with. Another problem is that we don't develop lasting immunity against many common cold corona viruses, so it's not clear that herd immunity will emerge at all.

I guess at the moment, there are only a few countries that can be considered as green zones. P.R. of China, South-Korea and Singapore are among them. All others simply have not yet proved that they will not become red zones.

Only with 2 weeks+ quarantine in the green zones - and that's countries that are capable and willing to afford it. But given the situation that will unfold in "red zones" - eg UK on its current course -the desire to flee the country is likely going to be overwhelming
