Should we build a real-time database with all citizens and their probable infection status, and synchronize it with phone locations to trace all physical encounters?

crowdsource data model — both people would have to opt-in to see the others health status, at which they know it's safe to hang out together

that would be quite useless, it only works if you can trace pretty much everyone you randomly encountered

good point — everyone's health status would need to be public, otherwise we don't know anyone's health status

it does not have to be public, we just need to make sure that everybody who's red or yellow stays in quarantine.
