Expecting central attention to solve all problems isn’t realistic or the most effective. Distributed networks ‘the subconscious’ can make smart descisions with access to accurate and relevant information. Good information builds a useful model.

Democracy needs to be rethought, but IMO the problem here is decayed regime, not directly democracy. What we need is to mobilize networks of sincere public-minded founder types around pragmatic governance renewal.
