This is so much easier to accomplish a structure based on there only being one god with the same ethics and morals for everyone .A great example are the Jewish people. Also the reason socialists don’t like faith in anything else but the government. But that never works . Unless

I would say they self-assemble under the right conditions and without too many constraints. If "constructing" well-structured societies was a thing, then we'd have a much better track record of constructing them where they don't already exist.
