I agree that the development of human morality starts from innate priors (moral reflexes), and is implemented in roughly fixed areas of the cortex. But does that have implications for whether it can be objectively correct?

I don't think there can be an objectively correct outside of humans or if there can that we can know it because we are humans. Morality is a product of human brains that evolved to make us able to live together and thrive. It might be meaningless outside of us.

If there's another intelligent, moral species somewhere else in the universe, its morality would probably reflect the particulars of its own planet and history. If it wasn't sexually reproducing, sexual morality would not exist & so much morality is tied to that.
