Normies tend to outlaw the parts of their own actual motivations that don't conform to their group norms (sexuality and relationship dynamics tend to be good examples). They will still act on their motives. Trouble is that they often lack ethics for situations outside the norm.

Not trusting the integrity of the smallest unit is a blocker for evolution and often an excuse for lazyness. It shows a deep lack of understanding of knowledge, the fact that there is no knowledge outside of the individual. It's a religious path.

Yes. It may still make sense to ask people that are too domesticated to think for themselves to be normies, until they find a compelling intellectual reason not to.
