Its a beautiful model as far as it goes - unfortunately it doesn't go much beyond cognition, sensorimotor & memory. It leaves us in Ignore -ance of more subtle phenomena ( beneath the gross aspects) cf. Chalmers

This is were we disagree. You can build an electromagnetic automaton and wake up a consciousness from it, and it is going to be sufficiently similar to us that we can fully talk to each other.

The DNA acid evolved the brain, even worms have DNA and brains. Our brains happen to be elevated, raised from the ground, by our unique bipedal locomotion. The senses were chosen by DNA evolution for their superior detection, at this bipedal stature. Is bipedal “electrical”? DNA?

I think that Elon is approximately correct and the substrate over which we are implemented is almost completely defined by the electromagnetic interactions.
