There seem to be only two reasons for a patient to quit psychotherapy: 1. you fail it and drop out, 2. you understand it well enough to set up your own shop
3., 4., 5. mean that psycho-the-rapist made a mistake. He is supposed to bleed you dry, or make it look like you were unable to do the therapy right :)
