My main objections to discussing Greta, Abortion, Markets, Trans, etc... is that they represent huge conflations of different issues. Somehow, many friends seem to have a miraculously simple take on each of them. And, for whatever reason, I can't figure out how they get there.

"enormous expertise" is nothing more than an appeal to authority. So-called "experts" are going to be able to sort out anything for us. If anything, they're just going to make things worse. My advice is to hone your own thinking.
