Pattern IS quantity. Pattern is the binary difference between everything and nothing, in my view of reality. Everything can be described as some arrangement of contraction (pure stability) and expansion (pure change).
The fact that you cannot tell the difference between art and kitsch makes your philosophy revolting to me. (I would not react so strongly if you would not force kitsch into most of our interactions.)

If you would like me to stop responding to you, I'd be willing to do that, if you're that uncomfortable with even seeing the words that are associated with me.

The problem is never that your words are associated with you. It is the performance that disgusts me. You don’t care about whether what you say is true. You care about the emotion it elicits in you. You can mix art into kitsch, but don’t mix kitsch into art.

As I said, kitsch is in the eye of the beholder. It's subjective. And while I am fairly focused on what other people think and feel sometimes, I can't read your mind, so I would never really understand what you, as an individual, feel is the difference between art and kitsch.

As for forcing anything into our interactions, that's not something I can do. You are always free to think for yourself about every story I ever share with the world. But, again, I'm sorry that you're so upset with the part of reality that is me.
