That is true. At the moment it is not a big issue. But 4 degrees centigrade could mean collapse of much of the open-air agriculture. In the worst case, we could even have the oceans tip, and cyanobacteria ruining the atmosphere.

People dying is also not intrinsically a problem. The things you mention above simply mean a slightly shorter life expectancy. But climate change may lead to a significant total population reduction, which implies mass starvation and hunger wars.
