I’d like to live in a world where the well-being of all men, animals and nature is put above all thingshttps://twitter.com/Plinz/status/1198490282863427584 …

How do you negotiate between wolf, sheep and tapeworm after you sacrificed all the things? And should humans really be only linked one-way to the global circles of life? Or would you prefer a solution that preserves both ecosystems and civilization?

The answer would not necessarily mean sacrifice but more a replacement with something better. E.g. instead of destroying the earth through eating animals and diary, plant trees and eat vegan. Instead spend hours each day in traffic with a car build better transportation systems..

By all means, go, find and implement the best social systems for ecological conservation, optimizing nutrition and animal welfare, forestry, and building and maintaining better transportation. It will not happen by emoting over good intentions. Someone has to actually organize it

Everyone has to make his choices, the government can only give „incentives“. E.g. everyone can go and eat vegan. This would change MANY things! Start at one point, it’s like dominoes … use a bike instead of a car. Look at Amsterdam before and after cars were banned…

People act on incentives, but apparently not like dominoes. There is real research on that.
