Doesn’t sound realistic to me. Isn’t the intent of an interview to reveal skills, creativity and most of all development potential of the interviewee? How would current AI technology be able to do this, when basic textual understanding is missing?

This broken idea is a perfect reflection of the problem of bias: Humans are more biased than algorithms. But even if we succeed in replacing the human with an impartial machine, the outcome may be worse as long as we cannot reproduce the depth of real human understanding.
