No, this is like saying "if your theory of QM has a measurement problem, it means you recognize that your theory doesn't work." No one's theory works, that's why it's a problem!

Is there a good/complete theory yet? To me it sounded like illusionism 'just' shifted the 'problem' from qualia to the brain OS. Probably still the best theory out there?

Yes, I take Anil Seth's 'the Real Problem' to make the same point. Leaving a currently insoluble problem aside can be a good move. Whereas It is a temptation, having failed to solve a problem, to declare it a non-problem. Which is sometimes right, often not.
