Did it occur to you that if superintelligent AI turns out not to do what humans want that it is more likely correct than us?

Or a cow. Or a insect. That still doesn't mean my ethics are correct in relation to theirs.

There is *my* ethics in the same sense there is *my geology* or *my mathematics*. It’s possible a lone sole is in possession of the one correct view (new discoveries are like this) but *people* can be persuaded. And if they’re not people, they’re worth infinitely less.
