One of the problems with religious dogma is that its obvious absurdities have lead even very smart people into a naive atheism and caused tremendous confusion about the nature of self, meaning and transcendence.

Don't you think that without the hard push of dogma it's too difficult to maintain order? And maybe those without that order now are nothingness

No, I don't think that! I think that it may be possible to build a scalable society without distorting epistemology or using permanent violence, i.e. based on enlightened self-interest. (This still requires a state monopoly on violence and hierarchies that enforce regulation.)
