There needs to be a dating platform for people who really don't know how to pick a match, flirt, date, communicate, connect. If only there was a service that provides all the necessary supervision, feedback and guidance! This could really reduce a lot of suffering in the world.

When you see from the outside that A and B would probably click or make great friends with benefits, and you see how they are unable to negotiate that, because they are both deeply confused about everything and too scared and traumatized to learn, it is painful to watch.

I wonder if it would make sense to design a few dozen interaction trees, and the interaction would run fully on rails? The goal of the interaction would be to reveal the relevant traits of each person to the other and guide the expression of each one's decisions at each step.

Why should it be harder and more scary or even any different than finding an available and compatible partner for playing an evening boardgame that matches your skill levels and game preferences on a dozen dimensions? And perhaps some guidance for playing the game itself?
