Stop trying to answer questions like: "what makes everything that is good good"? They're poisonous. Either you know of a problem with something, or you should be fine with it until you notice one. A "good soup" is good for different reasons than a "good nap" is good.

I can only agree if there's the stipulation that a "highly valenced" soup is "highly valenced" for different reasons than a "highly valenced" nap is. Good is another word for "meeting criteria", so analogies to numerical properties like positivity and value are inexact.
