tl;dw - if you consider the mathematical ideas that have entered canon out of the space of possible ones, and their systematic refinement, that can be interpreted as a reflection of the sort of patterns or symbolic systems our minds have evolved to recognize or manipulate

Math really seems like a mind independent truth, in a way that other things do not. This doesn't, of course, diminish the interesting question about what happens in our brains when we do math. But still, math seems singular in this.
