Besides "Permutation City" and its sequel "The Finale of the Ultimate Meta Mega Crossover", are there any other stories set in the multiverse of all computable processes?

Which books are most recommended for good "science based fiction"?

Weir (the martian), Asimov (slightly outdated), Verne (very outdated). … But there is also the field of social sciences explored by works like Utopia, 1984, Gulliver's Travels, Brave New World, … And satiric fantasy (e.g. Pratchett) is often based on and explores solid science.

Anathem is an interesting one, but it seemed clear that
@nealstephenson assumed a much tighter structure of the multiverse than "all computable processes." (But he can correct me, and/or perhaps point to other examples of "multiverse of computable processes" setting in Sci-Fi.)Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
